Even if you are 5’1” tall, this will work with a woman who is 4’10”...particularly well, I might add, as men who are over 5’4” tall cannot do for such a woman what you are about to. Assuming a woman who is indeed single, and whom you have enough sense to be respectful toward, simply make a gesture that demonstrates you are offering to hug her. This is a natural thing to do right when you see someone, or when you are leaving. Most of the time, the woman will accept a hug from you. When you hug her, be sure to hold her closely, but still naturally. Here it is important not to be overtly sexual or to demonstrate any kind of emotional "neediness". In fact, say nothing while hugging her. It is also important to let her be the one who lets go first. Note that the longer she embraces you, the more she is liking it. When she releases, pause slightly and simply say, "That was a good hug." Do not phrase this as a question (i.e. "Was that a good hug?"). Take leadership and state it as fact. Wait for her to acknowledge the same. Then say, "Well, that’s because you and I have both clearly been designed right." Be sure to follow this phraseology closely, being careful not to say anything to the effect of "We were clearly designed for each other." At this point it is crucial to understand what is going on in a woman’s mind. You do not have to force feed any additional information to her. By saying what you have to her, you have effectively communicated all the right things to her. She will naturally begin to consider the potential sexual synergy between you on her own. Expect such responses as "Wow...like we were designed for each other." Or "YES...we fit together, don’t we?" If you get such a response, say "Like puzzle pieces." Incidentally, if she looks at you after the hug without comment, as if she is speechless, take that as a good sign. There are numerous and multi-faceted reasons why this secret works so well.
